Job summary

Hozelock, a leading gardening brand in the UK, seeks a Digital Marketing Lead to own our digital content strategy and create engaging online experiences that drive growth. You will oversee content across websites, Amazon, and online retailers, shaping the customer journey.

The ideal candidate will manage digital assets, calendars, and campaigns, with strong GA4/SEO expertise and experience in CMS platforms. Hybrid role with onsite Sutton Coldfield and remote flexibility.

Qualifications

Hands-on digital marketing professional with content creation and website management experience.
Experience with Amazon/online retail content and digital asset management.
Strong knowledge of GA4, SEO, WordPress and Magento.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of Hozelock's digital content strategy across channels.
Manage and optimise websites, SEO, UX, and content performance.
Lead Amazon and online retailer content including imagery and product storytelling.
Manage digital assets, content calendars, and campaigns.
Own and develop the Product Information Management (PIM) system.
Use analytics and consumer insights to improve engagement and ROI.
