Job summary

JHR Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Digital Marketing & Content Executive for an LS15-based business. The role covers content creation, video production, social campaigns and lead generation to support commercial growth.

You will work with the Head of Marketing and team, planning and delivering engaging digital content, managing campaigns and producing customer stories and marketing collateral. Initially onsite in LS15 with potential hybrid after training.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing and content creation is essential.
• Hands-on content production from concept to delivery, including video.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, social media management and planning.
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Experience delivering email and digital marketing campaigns.
• Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to create assets.
• Able to use performance data to improve activity.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film and edit high-quality video content (interviews, customer stories, tours, short-form content).
• Create engaging written and visual content for LinkedIn, YouTube, email, website and campaigns.
• Manage organic and paid LinkedIn activity after handover.
• Plan and maintain content calendar and campaigns.
• Develop email campaigns, automated journeys and lead-nurture activity.
• Support targeted marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
• Produce brochures, case studies, proposals and sales collateral.
• Collaborate with customers to create testimonials and case studies.
