This role is ideal for an experienced, proactive marketer who wants to make a real impact across multiple brands.

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and ideas‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our small team of two in our Stockport office. This is a hands‑on, highly varied role where you'll take ownership of digital activity across social media, paid advertising, and website updates while contributing fresh thinking to campaigns throughout the group.

You'll play a genuine part in shaping how our brands communicate and grow. This is a full‑time, in‑office position – perfect for someone who enjoys collaboration, thrives on momentum, and wants to be part of something genuinely exciting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Campaigns: Support the setup, optimisation, and reporting of paid campaigns – particularly Meta Ads.
  • Social Media Management: Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across multiple brands using tools like Hootsuite.
  • Website Updates: Manage and update WordPress websites with fresh, accurate, and engaging content.
  • HubSpot Support: Assist with email creation, list management, CRM updates, and reporting.
  • Creative Content Development: Work with teams across the group to uncover great stories, turn them into strong content, and bring plenty of new ideas to the table.
  • Design Support: Create digital and social materials using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Analytics & Insights: Track performance across social, ads, and websites and produce recommendations to improve results.
  • Campaign Delivery: Support with ongoing campaigns, launches, and brand activity.
Essential Skills & Experience
