Overview

Salary: £30 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

£500 bonus paid after completion of a successful 6-month probation!

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Location: Horsham, West Sussex.

What you'll be doing

We're a performance-driven, fast-paced company looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who thrives on results and enjoys getting things done. You'll play a key role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital channels. This role is perfect for someone organised, detail-oriented, and hands-on, with a strong interest in performance marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Website Management: Carry out regular website updates, ensuring accuracy, usability, and performance. Optimise site content for conversions and SEO.
  • SEO & Content: Create engaging SEO-friendly content that converts. Support technical SEO improvements to increase organic visibility.
  • Paid Advertising: Assist in managing paid ad campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). Monitor budgets, track performance, and support optimisation for maximum ROI.
  • Marketing Campaigns & Automation: Own and manage renewals marketing journeys. Build and maintain marketing automation flows across email, SMS, and WhatsApp. Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Social Media & Events: Create and schedule engaging social media content. Support promotion of internal events through digital channels.
  • Marketing Administration: Raise POs and process marketing invoices. Collate marketing reports and support budget tracking.
  • Performance & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, campaign metrics, and customer behaviour. Report on performance and optimise based on data-driven insights.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, paid media, and content creation. Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (email, text, WhatsApp). Confident in creating, updating, and optimising website content. Strong social media skills (content creation, scheduling, engagement). Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report.
  • Personal Qualities: Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar digital marketing role. Highly organised with great attention to detail. A proactive doer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Performance-focused and motivated by achieving measurable results.
