Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a Learning and Development Officer - Digital Apprentice to specialise in digital learning technologies and support the Trust's LMS. You will work with Learning and Development, Professional Education and wider Trust services to create engaging digital learning experiences that enhance staff development and patient care.

The role involves administering the LMS, advising learners and managers, and promoting digital learning

Qualifications

• Experience with administering and developing a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Ability to advise learners and managers on digital learning pathways.
• Experience promoting digital learning solutions across an organisation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop the Trust's LMS.
• Provide guidance to learners and managers on digital learning pathways.
• Promote the use of digital learning solutions across the organisation.
• Support development of competency frameworks and digital assessment tools.
• Assist with implementing digital products including appraisals and 360 feedback tools.
• Develop reporting dashboards and management information for compliance and workforce development.
• Produce data, reports and insights for senior stakeholders.
• Support evaluation of learning programmes and identify improvement opportunities.
