Job summary

The Learning and Development Officer - Digital Apprentice role provides day-to-day support to the LMS e-Developer, guiding learners and increasing LMS usage across the Trust. You will help develop competency frameworks, implement digital LMS products, and create reporting dashboards to demonstrate compliance and reduce manual work.

You will also maintain training records, support evaluation methods for programmes, and build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring resources are managed

Qualifications

• Supports LMS e-Developer with learner enquiries and guidance on learning pathways.
• Leads development of reporting dashboards to show compliance and reduce manual processes.
• Maintains training records and manages learning resources and related purchasing.
• Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the LMS e-Developer.
• Champion increased LMS usage across the Trust, focusing on Professional Education Teams.
• Assist in implementing digital products on the LMS, including appraisals and 360 tools.
• Develop and monitor evaluation methods to assess training programme effectiveness.
