Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking a Digital Learning Designer to join its Digital Delivery team on a permanent basis. Based in Paddington or Southampton, you will design, develop and maintain engaging digital learning solutions to support capability, business performance and organisational change across a global business.

You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into engaging, accessible learning experiences, apply instructional design principles, and manage end-to-end development

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and developing digital learning solutions within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques.
• Experience using digital authoring and design tools such as Elucidat, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond or multimedia editing platforms.
• Experience managing multiple digital learning projects and working with a range of stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging and accessible learning content.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems, preferably Cornerstone.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business functions and levels.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive learning design principles.
• Experience analysing learning effectiveness data and using insights to improve learning outcomes.
• Understanding of global learning delivery across different business areas and operating languages.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital learning solutions: eLearning modules, blended assets, videos, job aids and assessments.
• Analyse learning needs with stakeholders and translate requirements into engaging learning experiences.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to improve knowledge retention and change.
• Manage end-to-end development lifecycle for digital learning projects.
• Measure learning effectiveness using feedback and data to drive improvement.
• Support localisation and adaptation for global/multi-language audiences.
• Collaborate with wider teams on learning campaigns and adoption programmes.
• Manage content in the Learning Management System, create reports and dashboards.
• Ensure content meets accessibility standards and branding guidelines.
