As a Digital Learning Designer, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and colleagues to design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective digital learning solutions for various internal audiences and platforms.
You will work across all aspects of Learning & Development (L&D) in collaboration with L&D Partners and Strategic People Partners.
The key to success in this role is to apply instructional design principles, learning theories, and best practices to create learner-centric and outcome-oriented digital learning experiences. This includes aligning content with learners' needs, preferences, and goals, employing active learning strategies, and providing feedback and reinforcement.
Additional desired skills include creativity, innovation, solutions orientation, persistence, resilience, and high standards of delivery.
