What You'll Be Doing

A talented learning designer will work within our capability and culture team, designing learning solutions to support our Operations colleagues' performance. Your focus will be on creating engaging digital and traditional learning content, collaborating with L&D team members, SMEs, and stakeholders.

  • Analyze learning needs and design effective solutions such as digital guides, e-learning, workshops, and blended programmes.
  • Develop engaging, interactive content using media formats like video, audio, text, and interactive elements, preferably Articulate.
  • Align content with business objectives, audience needs, accessibility, and branding.
  • Design virtual and in-person training and support delivery as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience applying adult learning theories in instructional design.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, preferably Articulate.
  • Experience developing engaging, interactive learning content.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
  • A passion for learning and development with a commitment to continuous improvement.
