OSJCT Group is recruiting a Digital Learning Designer to design and develop engaging digital learning solutions for our Lincolnshire and Aylesbury offices. The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to define learning outcomes and create effective training that supports staff in their roles.

The position offers hybrid working with at least two days in the office, a salary of £30,000 per year, 25 days holiday pro rata plus bank holidays, life assurance, and development

Digital Learning Designer

Location: Whisby Way, Lincoln, LN6 3LQ

Salary: £30,000 per year

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - Hybrid Working (minimum 2 days in the office per week)

We are now recruiting for a Digital Learning Designer to work in either our Lincolnshire office or our Aylesbury office.

The primary role is to design and develop creative and engaging digital learning solutions that enable our colleagues to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to become confident and competent in their roles. You'll work with subject matter experts to determine the learning outcomes and develop a variety of learning solutions that meet the needs of the Trust and achieve the desired learning outcomes in the most effective way.
