Job description

Digital Learning Designer Location: Whisby Way, Lincoln, LN6 3LQ Salary: £30,000 per year Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - Hybrid Working (minimum 2 days in the office per week) We are now recruiting for a Digital Learning Designer to work in either our Lincolnshire office or our Aylesbury office. The primary role is to design and develop creative and engaging digital learning solutions that enable our colleagues to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to become confident and competent in their roles. You’ll work with subject matter experts to determine the learning outcomes and develop a variety of learning solutions that meet the needs of the Trust and achieve the desired learning outcomes in the most effective way. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working as part of a team and is keen to deliver excellent service through taking responsibility for what
