OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Digital Learning Designer to join the Learning & Development team to design engaging, accessible digital learning for colleagues. You will explore learning needs, brainstorm ideas and develop creative solutions that span eLearning topics and broader resources.
You’ll create learning assets including guides, manuals, presentations and job aids, manage multiple projects with stakeholders, and use tools like Articulate 360 and Synthesia to deliver effective learning
As a Digital Learning Designer, you will join our Learning & Development team to design and create engaging, accessible and effective digital learning experiences for colleagues across OCS.
Working closely with your line manager, you will explore learning needs, brainstorm ideas and develop creative solutions to challenges brought to the team. Projects will vary widely, from eLearning on topics such as safeguarding or Modern Slavery, to supporting new systems and wider Learning & Development initiatives.
The role goes beyond eLearning. You will also create resources such as videos, guides, manuals, presentations, forms and job aids, helping to identify the right solution for each learning need.
OCS is a fast-paced organisation, so you will need to be comfortable managing multiple projects, working with stakeholders and subject matter experts, and adapting to changing priorities.
This role is suited to someone with relevant L&D, training or content creation experience who is looking to further develop their career in digital learning.
We're looking for someone with previous experience or knowledge of Learning & Development who is ready to develop their career within digital learning.
You'll have experience creating learning, training or digital resources, with a creative approach and an interest in designing engaging and effective learning experiences.
Previous experience with Articulate, Synthesia or other eLearning creation tools would be a strong advantage. However, we're also interested in candidates who have relevant L&D experience and can demonstrate that they have already created effective learning or training resources using other tools.
Success means creating engaging learning that genuinely helps colleagues understand and apply what they need to know.
You’ll work closely with your line manager to solve problems, develop ideas and turn learning needs into effective solutions. As you develop, you’ll take increasing ownership of projects from initial request through to design, development and launch.
You’ll bring creativity, curiosity and new ideas to the team, while managing your workload effectively and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
