An international communications consultancy is looking for a Digital Insights Analyst to monitor online media and social media, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe. We are looking for a Digital Insights Analyst to conduct online media monitoring and social media listening across Central and Eastern Europe, tracking trending narratives, audience reactions, and emerging topics within diverse political, cultural, and media environments. The role focuses on systematic monitoring, insight analysis, and the production of clear weekly summaries that help creative and communications teams understand regional dynamics and tailor messaging appropriately. The role is hybrid, with the successful candidate expected to be in our London office two days a week; however, a more remote working model may be considered for candidates with strong knowledge of CEE and language capabilities.
