Lyreco UK and Ireland is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Digital Account Manager to join our office-based team in Telford. You will build strong business relationships, conduct regular reviews with customers and drive new business opportunities.

• Previous experience in a telephone-based environment.
• Enthusiastic about sales and able to maintain high standards and a positive attitude throughout the day.

• Excellent communicator who builds successful business relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a customer base to exceed targets.
• Provide bespoke solutions and support customers to deliver the best experience.
• Accelerate account spend and identify opportunities to add products.
• Apply knowledge of Lyreco's workplace solutions and promotions to add value.
• Ensure regular contact with customers and continued spend within your area.
• Capture customers' complete spend of workplace solutions using reports and promotions.
• Take and resolve queries within agreed timescales.
• Liaise with Inside Sales Team Leader on account issues.
• Maintain accurate CRM account records at all times.
