Job summary

Bristol Beacon is seeking a Business Development and Innovation Manager to lead and grow its customer-facing digital infrastructure. You will design and develop digital solutions to support commercial objectives and deliver an excellent customer journey.

You will manage customer-facing infrastructure, work with digital partners and collaborate across teams to create new revenue streams and use data to guide strategic decisions. This is a fixed-term, full-time opportunity ending December 2028.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, management and commercial growth of Bristol Beacon's customer-facing digital infrastructure.
• Design and develop digital solutions that support commercial objectives and deliver a high-quality customer journey.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and develop new commercial revenue streams enabled by digital systems.
• Use data to inform decision making and identify future opportunities.
