Job summary

true is looking for a mid-weight Digital Project Manager in Bristol to bring structure, momentum and commercial awareness to digital product delivery, keeping clients informed, teams aligned and work moving confidently from scope through to launch and beyond.

You’ll collaborate with Account Directors, Tech Leads and delivery teams to turn client needs into practical plans, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure what we deliver is valuable and on track.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience supporting or managing digital projects in an agency or fast-moving environment.
• Experience with planning, priorities, risks and client communication.
• Able to turn complex work into clear plans and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support digital product and platform delivery, including ecommerce builds and CMS websites.
• Act as day-to-day client contact, translating needs into actionable plans.
• Create and maintain clear project plans, estimates and delivery documentation.
• Coordinate with Account Directors, Tech Leads and teams to align scope and delivery.
• Contribute to more consistent, effective ways of working across projects.
