Bristol Beacon, the South West’s premier concert venue and education hub, is seeking a Business Development and Innovation Manager to lead its digital commercial growth. You will shape digital solutions that enhance the customer journey and maximise revenue from Bristol Beacon’s digital platforms.

This fixed-term role supports a two-year funded project to expand income through digital pathways, with a salary of £38,000 per annum and a 37-hour week in Bristol, BS1 5AR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of Bristol Beacon’s customer-facing digital infrastructure.
• Identify and develop new commercial revenue streams enabled by digital systems.
• Collaborate with teams and digital partners to maximise revenue and improve user experience.
• Use data to inform decision making and identify future opportunities.
