Job summary

QA Limited in the United Kingdom is offering a digital finance apprenticeship designed to develop you across a range of finance systems and client services. You will become a system expert on Inteliflow, process investment transactions in Nucleus, support advisers and clients, and prepare presentation materials using Dynamic Planner.

Starting hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with potential for a full-time role after completion.

Responsibilities

• Becoming a system expert on Inteliflow to maintain accurate client records.

• Utilise Microsoft Office to complete daily tasks and prepare materials.
• Assist with annual review meetings and create presentations and supporting documents.
• Distribute emails to team members using Outlook.
• Handle ad-hoc client requests and update information in Inteliflow.
• Liaise with various providers as required.

Are you looking to kick start your career as a digital finance apprentice?

Intelligent Pensions are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team as a finance apprentice working across a range of different areas in the business. You will be;

• Working to become a system expert on Inteliflow, using this to maintain client records and ensuring data is always accurate and update to date
• Acting as a first point of contact and responding to / escalating client queries
• Implementing investment transactions on various systems such as Nucleus
• Wide use of Microsoft Office Package to complete various daily tasks
• Preparing for annual review meetings - Dynamic Planner links, helping to create presentations and supporting documents
• Distributing e-mails to various team members on Outlook
• Ah-hoc client requests such as POA filing, expression of wish and change of addresses/contact details updating this information on Inteliflow
• Liaising with various providers
