Job summary

Macon invites graduates or high-achieving A-Level leavers to join a structured apprenticeship in financial services. You will learn on the job, handling client documentation, communications, and administration while gaining exposure to investments, pensions, and protection policies.

Summary

An excellent opportunity for a graduate or high-achieving A-Level leaver looking to build a long-term career within the financial advice profession.

This role is designed as a genuine development pathway: Ultimately, providing a route into becoming a Financial Adviser.

Compensation

Wage: £21,000 a year

Salary range: £21,000 to £30,000 Starting salary (DOE)

Financial services administrator (level 3)

Hours

Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm, with flexible working hours upon successful pass of probation period. NB the 12 months is for the course/training duration not the job itself. This position has the potential for a permanent role upon completion.

Work
