ESM Digital Solutions in Keighley, UK, is seeking a hands-on Digital Dentistry Technical Specialist to install and support CAD/CAM systems, 3Shape and Exocad software, 3D printers and milling units. You will deliver onsite and remote assistance, train customers, and help maximise the value of dental technologies.

Qualifications

• Dental technician/digital dentistry background.
• Confident user of 3Shape Dental System or Exocad Dental CAD software.
• Practical experience with 3D printers and milling machines in a dental setting.
• Good communication skills.
• Must have full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer support via phone and email.
• Deliver technical support (onsite and remote) on systems including CAD/CAM software: 3Shape Dental System, Exocad, Orth'up.
• 3D printers.
• Intraoral and lab scanners.
• Milling and trimming machines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve support issues efficiently.
• Create and maintain training protocols, including instructional videos.
• Assist in product demonstrations and sales support.
• Identify new leads and upselling opportunities.
• Represent ESM Digital Solutions at dental events and exhibitions.
• Other duties as required.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on support technician to become part of our UK team and be based in our office in Keighley. The primary focus of this role is the support and installation of our digital dental solutions. You'll play a key role in helping our clients maximise the value of their systems through expert guidance, technical assistance, and relationship-building.
