Job summary

ESM Digital Solutions is seeking a hands-on Digital Dental Technician for training and support based in Keighley. The role focuses on installation, technical guidance, and maximising client value from digital dental systems.

You will work with CAD/CAM software, 3D printers, scanners, and milling machines, delivering onsite and remote support. The position requires 2+ years in a dental lab, strong training skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a dental laboratory or related role
• Solid knowledge of digital dentistry and CAD/CAM workflows
• Proficient with 3Shape Dental System and Exocad Dental Cad software
• Hands-on experience with 3D printers and milling machines in a dental setting
• Strong presentation and training abilities
• Proficient with Office 365 and comfortable with tech
• Independent and team-oriented, good time management
• Hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle

Responsibilities

• Handle customer support via phone and email
• Deliver technical support onsite and remotely for CAD/CAM systems, 3D printers, and scanners
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues
• Create and maintain training protocols, including videos
• Assist in product demonstrations and sales support
• Identify new leads and upselling opportunities
• Represent ESM Digital Solutions at dental events
