Job summary

mydentist is seeking a Clinical Development Advisor to lead the rollout of digital workflow technology across the South West region. You will train clinicians on the use of digital scanners and related software, driving continuous improvement in service quality and income.

You will travel across the area, support practices, and collaborate with the regional team to optimise workflows. A driving licence is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• GDC registered dentist or Clinical Dental Technician.
• Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience in Digital Dentistry.
• Experience with digital workflow tools for dentures, bridges and crowns.
• Driving licence and vehicle is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and integration of digital workflow technology.
• Provide training and education to clinicians in the region.
• Support clinicians to follow best practices and improve services and income.
• Collaborate with the regional iOS manager to optimise workflows for digital scanning procedures.
• Monitor KPIs related to digital workflow adoption.
• Stay abreast of advancements in digital dentistry technology and share knowledge with the team.

Your future, your role

• Lead the implementation and integration of digital workflow technology
• Support the clinicians in the region to follow best practice, continuous improvement in both services and income.
• Provide comprehensive training and education to the team including the proper use of digital scanners, related software and increasing confidence in utilising digital workflow technology
• Collaborate with the regional iOS manager to develop and optimise workflows for digital scanning procedures, streamlining processes and maximising efficiency
• Serve as a point of contact for dentists regarding both general and technical issues
• Offer guidance to fellow dentists on best practice including for integrating digital workflows into clinical practice and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Monitoring KPIs related to digital workflow adoption and usage, analysing data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement and areas of success
• Stay abreast of advancements in digital dentistry technology and techniques through ongoing education and research, sharing insights and knowledge with the dental team to drive innovation and excellence

You will need:

• To be a GDC Registered Dentist or Clinical Dental Technician
• A minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience in Digital Dentistry with proven digital workflow experience including dentures, bridges and crowns
• Preferably, a logbook or evidence of digital cases
• Driving licence and Vehicle
