Job summary

Ceramic Designs in Brighton and Hove is seeking a Senior Ceramic Dental Technician to join their private dental laboratory. The role covers from casting impressions to designing and finishing ceramic and zirconia appliances, delivering high-quality private restorations in line with private dentistry standards.

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience, a portfolio, and extensive knowledge of tooth-borne and implant restorations, plus expertise in material selection.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years’ experience.
• Portfolio or evidence of previous work.
• Extensive knowledge of tooth borne restorations, implant restorations and implant systems.
• Extensive knowledge of material selection for different restoration types.
• Knowledge and understanding of tooth morphology.
• Good customer service skills and communication with clients and patients.

Responsibilities

• Work from casting impressions to designing and finishing ceramic and zirconia appliances.
• Produce high quality private restorations in line with private dentistry standards.

The Role

The candidate must be responsible, driven, efficient, well-mannered and must be able to multitask with good time management skills. The candidate must be able to work on their own doing a job from start to finish, from casting impressions, designing and finishing ceramic and zirconia appliances. To be able to produce high quality private restorations in line with private dentistry standards.
