Responsibilities

Lead development and delivery of digital experiences, capabilities and releases in Agile teams.
Define and prioritise roadmaps for platform, discoverability, accessibility and agentic capabilities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Align roadmaps and dependencies across teams to deliver measurable value.
Design research activities to capture customer feedback and improve experiences.
Champion technical excellence and scalable governance.
