Job summary

Warner Hotels seeks a strategic Head of Digital & Data Delivery to own end-to-end engineering delivery for guest-facing digital products and the data platform. You will lead an integrated partner ecosystem across onshore, nearshore and offshore squads, delivering scalable, secure, high-quality solutions that generate revenue and reduce costs.

You will build internal capability, drive modern engineering practices, and ensure alignment with commercial goals while advancing the guest experience

Qualifications

• Digital engineering: modern web architectures and API-first design.
• Data engineering: Snowflake, dbt, ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Cloud: AWS with serverless and data services.
• AI/ML integration: LLM orchestration and conversational AI.
• CRM/engagement: Bloomreach, Optimizely, WhatsApp API.
• BI/analytics: Power BI, Tableau.
• DevOps: CI/CD, containerisation.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead engineering delivery for Warner's guest-facing digital products and data platform.
• Drive improvement of the digital booking funnel and partner integrations.
• Lead the engineering partner ecosystem across onshore, nearshore and offshore squads.
• Build and scale internal digital and data engineering capability and practices.
