Job summary

RNN Group is seeking a Curriculum Performance Lead (Digital) in Rotherham to drive curriculum quality and ensure alignment with local and national skills needs. The role combines frontline leadership with a teaching commitment of ~12 hours per week.

You will line-manage lecturers and specialists, lead QA activities, manage data accuracy, and collaborate across programmes to raise student outcomes and compliance with safeguarding and Prevent duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in Further Education leadership and curriculum development.
• Strong data tracking, QA, and SAR/IQA experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Line management of lecturers, assessors, and technicians.
• Lead PDR process and CPD planning.
• Induction, mentoring, and staff development.
• Resource planning including timetabling and budget oversight.
• Lead SAR/IQA, IQA/EQA processes and external awarding body compliance.
• Data integrity: registers, enrolment, exam claims coordination.
