Job summary

RNN Group seeks a Curriculum Performance Lead to drive curriculum quality, lead a team of lecturers and specialists, and balance leadership with a 12-hour teaching commitment weekly. You will manage SAR/IQA/EQA processes, monitor attendance and outcomes, and collaborate on employability projects across programmes.

You will bring extensive FE leadership, coaching skills, and a strong focus on inclusive curriculum, data integrity, and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires Level 2 English & Maths and a recognised teaching qualification (Level 5 or higher).
• Digital/Computing qualification at Level 3 or higher; Assessor Award (A1/CAVA) advantageous.
• Willingness to undertake IQA duties advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide line management, direction, and professional challenge to lecturers, assessors and technicians to drive high standards.
• Lead the Performance Development Review (PDR) process for your team.
• Provide induction and mentoring for new and developing staff to build capability and confidence.
• Manage staffing allocation, timetable development, and budgets.
