Job summary

RNN Group is seeking a Curriculum Performance Lead to combine operational leadership with a teaching commitment of around 12 hours per week across Study Programmes, Adult Learners, Higher Level Skills and Commercial provisions.

You will line-manage lecturers, assessors and technicians, drive performance, ensure QA compliance, and collaborate with the Quality Team to improve classroom and training experiences through coaching and data-driven improvement. DBS and safeguarding duties apply.

Qualifications

• Experienced lecturer or course leader in FE/Adult learning or similar.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum intent and quality assurance processes.
• Experience with data tracking within FE, Adult and Apprenticeship provision.
• Willingness to undertake DBS checks and safeguarding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Line management of lecturers, assessors and technicians to drive high standards.
• Lead Performance Development Review (PDR) process and CPD planning.
• Provide induction, mentoring, and staff development support.
• Oversee resource planning, timetabling, and budget management.
• Lead SAR/IQA/EQA processes and ensure compliance with awarding bodies.
• Conduct learning walks with Quality Team to improve teaching and training.
• Track student data, registers, enrolment, and exam claims with MIS.
• Deliver teaching up to ~12 hours per week across key programmes.
