Job summary

RNN Group seeks an experienced Curriculum Performance Lead to shape inclusive curriculum and strengthen academic excellence across multiple provisions. The role blends operational leadership with a small teaching commitment and cross-college collaboration.

You will lead a team of lecturers, assessors, and technicians; oversee quality assurance processes (SAR/IQA/EQA); and drive improvement through coaching, performance reviews, and CPD needs.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with Level 5 or higher teaching qualification, plus a Level 3 Digital/Computing credential.
• Level 2 English and Maths or willingness to complete.
• Experience as lecturer/course leader in FE/Adult education and strong curriculum planning knowledge.
• Advantage for IQA or willingness to pursue IQA accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Line management of lecturers, assessors, and technicians to drive high standards.
• Lead SAR, IQA/EQA, and ensure compliance with awarding bodies.
• Deliver teaching while leading with coaching and CPD for staff.
• Engage employers and partners to secure real-world projects and placements.
