RNN Group is seeking a Curriculum Performance Lead to steer curriculum quality, alignment with local skills needs and staff development. You will lead a team of lecturers, assessors and technicians while teaching around 12 hours per week in Digital/Computing.

The role focuses on QA, curriculum planning and performance improvement, with strong emphasis on safeguarding, inclusion, and cross-campus collaboration. A Level 2 English/Maths and a Level 5+ teaching qualification are required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in leading curriculum quality assurance (SAR/IQA/EQA) processes.
• Proven ability to coach staff and drive performance improvements.
• Strong data handling and MIS awareness for student cohorts and outcomes.
• Ability to balance teaching duties with operational leadership responsibilities.

Aufgaben

• Line manage lecturers, assessors and technicians to drive high performance.
• Lead the Performance Development Review process with clear targets.
• Provide induction and mentoring to build team capability and confidence.
• Oversee timetable planning, staffing allocation and budget stewardship.
• Deliver teaching (approx. 12 hours/week) within Digital/Computing contexts.
