Qualifications

• Level 2 English and Maths required (or willing to undertake).
• Qualified teacher with Level 5 or higher, or equivalent.
• Professional qualification at Level 3 in Digital/Computing; degree-level qualification preferred.
• An assessor's award (A1/CAVA) useful; IQA exposure advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Line management of lecturers, assessors, and technicians to drive performance.
• Lead Performance Development Review (PDR) process and identify CPD needs.
• Induction and mentoring for new staff to build capability.
• Manage staffing allocation, timetable development, and resources.
