Qualifications

• Minimum diploma level 4 in Counselling.
• Minimum 150 counselling hours.
• 12 months post qualification experience.
• Registered member of the BACP.
• Relevant telephone experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide an efficient and effective digital counselling service via email, video call, livechat and SMS.
• Complete risk assessments in line with clinical governance.
• Triage queries to determine appropriate support (advice, counselling, etc.).
• Respond to web enquiries and tailor responses to individual needs.
