The Portfolio Group are recruiting a Helpline Counsellor for a remote role on night shifts to support a health and wellbeing network that has helped millions. You will provide immediate emotional support, perform clinical assessments, and signpost callers as needed on a 24/7 helpline.

This role requires a Diploma Level 4 in Counselling and at least 150 hours of practice, with registration in the BACP. Night shifts run 8pm–8am, three nights per week, offering a competitive package including an

• Minimum diploma level 4 in Counselling.
• Minimum of 150 counselling hours.
