Job summary

Boots is recruiting a Digital Copy Assistant Manager in Nottingham for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead the day-to-day digital content delivery for a key business area, coordinating with UX, SEO and design teams to deliver high-quality copy for UK and ROI sites.

You will mentor a small team of copywriters, ensure guidelines and compliance, and work within a fast-paced environment to meet demanding deadlines and open briefs for live publishing.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in digital content/copy for commercial sites.
• CMS knowledge, Adobe AEM preferred.
• Excellent project management, organisation and communication with strong attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Experience coaching/mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead content creation and delivery with Design Lead for your area, ensuring campaigns land right first time.
• Develop copy across briefs from creation to publish, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with SEO to improve content engagement using tools/insights.
• Champion Boots copy principles and DE&I compliance across boots.com/.ie.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with internal teams and external partners and agencies.
• Coordinate with ecommerce, pharmacy, medical and legal teams to ensure approvals before go-live.
• Utilise project management tools to track briefs, resources, statuses and timelines.
• Line-manage and develop a small copywriter team.
