Job summary

Boots UK is seeking an Digital Services Assistant Manager in the UK to coach a team of assistants, lead core processes for digital product setup and promotions, and drive data-led execution across web, app and in-store channels. You will manage development agendas, ensure timely delivery of projects and enhance customer experience through improved data and reporting.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with Power BI reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

Experience leading and developing a team of assistants.
Proficiency in Power BI reporting and data-driven decision making.
Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Coach and develop a team of experts to accurately & consistently create, schedule & publish all products or promotions across web, app and in-store channels.
Manage the technical development & improvement agenda for the team to improve accuracy, efficiency and customer experience.
Develop reporting and analysis to improve product and promotional data and identify opportunities to boost conversion.
Support workload planning and ensure projects and initiatives are delivered on time with stakeholders managed.
Lead Power BI reporting for the team and wider ecommerce stakeholders, with knowledge of Monday.com API.
