Job summary

Boots is seeking a Digital Copy Assistant Manager in Nottingham to lead digital copy and content for our UK and ROI websites, partnering with design, UX, SEO and FED specialists to deliver best-in-class experiences.

You'll oversee day-to-day content delivery for Health, Pharmacy and Health Hub, manage briefs from concept to live, coach a small team of copywriters and ensure all work complies with Boots guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in digital content/copy for a commercial site.
• CMS knowledge (Adobe AEM preferred).
• Excellent project management and communication with high attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Experience coaching/mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead content creation and delivery with the Design Lead for your area.
• Develop engaging copy for high-profile campaigns through the full content lifecycle.
• Collaborate with SEO to boost content engagement using insights.
• Embed Boots DE&I copy principles across boots.com/.ie and ensure compliance.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders including marketing and operations.
• Ensure content is approved by all parties before go-live.
• Follow the project workflow to manage briefs, resources, and timelines.
• Line manage and develop a small team of copywriters.
