Job summary

Boots UK in Nottingham is seeking a Digital Copy Assistant Manager to lead digital content delivery for our Health, Pharmacy and Health Hub areas, guiding briefs from concept to live on Boots UK websites.

You will work with a team of copywriters, designers, UX, SEO and FED specialists to ensure briefs are delivered with a customer‑focused, best‑in‑class digital experience while upholding Boots copy principles and DEI commitments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital content/copy for a commercial site.
• CMS working knowledge (Adobe AEM preferred).
• Excellent project management, organisation and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong and collaborative stakeholder management.
• Experience coaching and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead content creation and delivery by partnering with Design Lead for your area, ensuring campaigns land right first time.
• Develop engaging copy to meet briefs of high-profile campaigns through the lifecycle to live.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to enhance engagement using tools and insights.
• Champion and embed DE&I and Boots copy principles across boots.com/.ie, ensuring compliance.
• Manage internal teams and external agencies including Boots.com commercial and operations.
• Ensure all content meets requirements and is approved by all parties before go-live.
• Utilise the project management tool to understand briefs, manage resources, monitor status and hit timelines.
• Line manage and mentor a small team of copywriters.
