Job summary

The Ministry of Justice seeks a Communications Co-ordinator in March to drive digital engagement and modernise prisoner services. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and hybrid working arrangements, with visa sponsorship available for suitable applicants.

You will manage digital content, plan and design communications with staff, residents, and the Hub team, and identify opportunities to improve digital services and operational efficiency while delivering on targets.

Qualifications

Proficient writing skills for high-quality communications.
Experience in written, audio, and video communications.
Experience in filming and editing audiovisual content.
Ability to communicate confidently in English.

Responsibilities

Drive user adoption and engagement on-site.
Manage digital content creation and oversight of materials.
Ensure high-quality local digital communications across channels.
Plan, design and produce engaging digital content with staff, residents and the Hub team.
Identify opportunities for digital services to enhance operational efficiency and resident experience, while delivering on digital management targets.
