Job summary

The Ministry of Justice seeks a role responsible for managing digital and technology user adoption and engagement on site, and for planning and producing high-quality local digital communications content.

You will collaborate with staff, residents and the central Hub team to design and deliver local digital content, identify opportunities to improve operations and resident experience, and measure benefits through operational targets and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing digital adoption and engagement across sites.
• Ability to plan and produce local digital communications content.
• Collaborate with staff, residents and central Hub team on digital services.

Responsibilities

• Define local communication requirements and roadmaps with SMT and residents.
• Create high-quality written, visual and audio content for local news and updates via the Hub.
• Deliver site-level digital and technology performance targets and monthly reports.
• Work with SMT, HMPPS and MOJ on digital roadmaps and priorities.
• Train staff and residents to support digital services and programmes.
• Lead daily stand-ups and participate in governance and hub meetings.
