Job summary

UKFE is seeking a Communications professional to lead our digital presence and engage with local communities and stakeholders on the STEP programme. You will craft content for digital channels, support public consultation activities and manage stakeholder feedback with a data-driven approach.

The role demands strong CMS and social media skills, experience in large organisations, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent in communications or a related field.
• Experience in communications, public affairs or stakeholder engagement.
• Proven track record organising community or public engagement events.
• Experience in large, complex organisations or programmes.
• Strong CMS, social media and digital analytics knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead UKFE's digital channels, including website and social platforms.
• Create campaigns to raise STEP programme awareness and engagement.
• Improve website content, structure and user experience.
• Develop strategies to maximise digital reach and brand awareness.
• Manage public enquiries and capture stakeholder feedback.
• Represent UKIFS and advise senior leaders on communications.
