Job summary

Comxps Ltd is seeking a Digital and Site Communications Officer to lead social media management and stakeholder engagement for a government program. The role requires coordinating with national, regional, and local government bodies and managing content across CMS platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience with infrastructure projects, Development Consent Orders, and strong graphic design and video editing skills to produce high-quality communications outputs.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification with additional demonstrable experience in a communications team.
• Experience organising community or stakeholder events.
• Experience in complex, matrixed, programmatic environments.
• Proficiency with CMS, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
• Understanding of government structures and the role of national, regional, and local government in STEP.
• CIPR qualified or other relevant communications qualifications.
• Experience working on significant infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Development Consent Orders.
• Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
• Proven relationship builder with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to act as ambassador for the programme.
• Creative and innovative thinker.

Salary: £To be confirmed on application (our client has asked for this not to be advertised).

Location: West Burton, 3 days per week. Must have a valid UK driving licence

Contracting Authority: Government Client
Contract Length: ASAP Until 31/03/2027 (Potential extensions)
Clearance: DBS/BPSS
