Qualifications

• Strong background in business process analysis and architecture.
• Experience with ERP or enterprise systems implementations (SAP highly desirable).
• Proven ability to run workshops and map end-to-end processes across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to map and validate end-to-end business processes.
• Ensure process alignment across SAP and the wider application landscape (CRM, HR, legacy platforms, MDM).
• Connect processes to supporting systems and clarify cross-platform data flows.
