Job summary

Talantir is seeking a Digital and Technology Head of RGM & TPM to lead the strategic direction for the sub-value stream, shaping the software roadmap and tech solutions across the business. You will align stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and ensure delivery of high-quality programs.

With 5+ years in TPM/RGM within Digital & Technology and a strong Lean/Agile mindset, you will guide cross-functional teams and advocate for innovative, data-driven approaches across FMCG platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 5 years in TPM and RGM implementations within Digital & Technology.
• Proven track record delivering TPM/RGM systems in FMCG.
• Experience in Digital and/or Technology environments is essential.
• Strong knowledge of TPM and RGM processes and best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership in technology roles focused on value stream management, product development, or software delivery.
• Solid understanding of Lean, Agile, and DevOps principles, practices and tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver optimization initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills across global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the sub-value stream, ensuring alignment with goals.
• Define and communicate the capability vision and strategic tech direction for software solutions.
• Lead development of the tech roadmap and prioritize features based on value and feasibility.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the value stream.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Build relationships with senior RGM & TPM stakeholders and communicate performance.
