Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust is seeking a Digital Support Officer to help patients and staff access healthcare online across Lincolnshire, delivering onboarding for new digital services and supporting remote monitoring devices.
The role requires travel across the county and a proactive approach to training and assisting users, with a focus on inclusion and bridging digital gaps. Flexible working and development opportunities within the NHS are highlighted.
This role is to provide digital support to both patients, staff and the citizens of Lincolnshire to ensure no one is excluded from accessing their healthcare online.
A key part of the role will be supporting our Virtual Ward service to deliver kit and support patients getting online and playing a crucial role in the onboarding process.
The Digital Health team provides a range of digital services to support the delivery of high quality direct care to patients across Lincolnshire in a variety of settings and for a wide range of needs.
Travelling across the county will be a key part of this role and access to travel is crucial.
