prosource.it is seeking a Digital Business Change Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives, focusing on digital workplace adoption, security and end-user technology changes. • Proven experience delivering change within large enterprise environments, ideally involving digital workplace or end-user tech transformation.
• Strong understanding and application of structured change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR/Prosci, Agile change).

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored change management strategies for large-scale transformation and digital workplace initiatives.
• Review existing change plans and provide expert guidance on improvements.
• Apply recognised change frameworks and support Agile delivery environments.
• Contribute to change networks and champions within client organisations.
• Create comprehensive change, engagement and communication plans aligned with project milestones.
• Support project teams throughout the change lifecycle, identifying risks early.
• Ensure change activities are integrated into broader programme delivery schedules.
• Identify impacted user groups and assess the level and nature of organisational change.
• Work with stakeholders to articulate impacts and adoption tactics.
• Monitor user sentiment, readiness and feedback to guide improvements.
• Produce clear, engaging communications that support awareness and adoption.
• Deliver multi-channel content tailored to diverse audiences.
• Ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with programme objectives.
• Design and run surveys to measure stakeholder sentiment and readiness.
• Provide analysis and actionable insights to leadership and client teams.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across client organisations.
• Collaborate with SMEs, delivery teams, product owners and change champions.
