Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Change Lead to support a major IT and business transformation programme in Exeter. The role focuses on driving adoption, business readiness, and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.

Hybrid work is available with 3 days on-site in Exeter, and the contract spans 6 months. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end change activities, conduct impact assessments, develop readiness and communications plans, and manage

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading business change within large-scale IT and digital transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Knowledge of change frameworks such as Prosci or APMG.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and engagement skills.
