Based at Stellantis Head Office in Coventry with a hybrid pattern, the role emphasizes digital sales targets, CRM data accuracy, and a customer-first mindset within FCA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or retail sales environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous.
• Understanding FCA-regulated processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across digital and offline channels.
• Qualify customer enquiries and determine the best route to purchase.
• Build product, brand and finance knowledge through ongoing training.
• Record customer details and interaction history for seamless retailer follow-up.
• Support retailers with effective handovers and accurate CRM data.
