CoStar Group is seeking a proactive marketing campaigns administrator to support multi-channel campaigns targeting customers and partners. You will work with the campaigns team and collaborate with product, legal, sales and IT to ensure effective communication.

Key responsibilities include delivering email/SMS campaigns, handling data merges, testing creatives, and reporting results. A Bachelor's degree and 12 months marketing experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ideally 12 months relevant marketing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva (or similar) and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and website performance metrics is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the campaigns team to deliver email and SMS campaigns to customers.
• Extract data and merge with creative to ensure timely communications.
• Create and test marketing creatives ensuring brand standards across mobile and desktop.
• Send targeted communications to consumers and agents via email broadcast platforms.
• Coordinate with sales to communicate activity, results and timelines.
• Liaise with agencies, estate agents, and developers on campaigns and inquiries.
• Manage workflow to meet deadlines and record results accurately.
• Analyse campaign results and suggest improvements to performance.
