Zusammenfassung

Engine by Starling seeks a highly organized Marketing Operations Associate to build best-practice playbooks and processes across marketing initiatives, including digital media, paid campaigns, events and partnerships.

You will provide operational support to enhance productivity, activation execution, and ROI from the martech stack while coordinating with UK&I and global teams across time zones. The role emphasizes initiative, attention to detail, and strong communication.

Qualifikationen

• Strong background in project management.
• Experience or exposure to digital media and paid campaigns.
• Building and maintenance of a martech stack.
• Cross-functional collaboration across time zones.

Aufgaben

• Assist in planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, including paid campaigns.
• Manage timelines, resources and deliverables for campaigns to ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on metrics for optimisation.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events, conferences, sponsorships, webinars, and meetings, primarily for UK&I and EMEA activations.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and handle event-related communications.
• Ensure seamless execution of events by overseeing timelines, budgets and staffing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support partnerships and sponsorships.
• Support the Creative Studio with organizing co-branded marketing materials and activations.
