Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Significant hands‑on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or email marketing.
• Proven experience developing segmentation strategies and automated journeys.
• Strong understanding of personalisation, A/B testing and marketing automation.
• Experience analysing campaign performance and translating insight into actions.
• Experience with marketing platforms, CRM systems and customer data.
• Strong project management and stakeholder skills.
• Experience developing and mentoring team members.
• Able to work strategically and deliver hands‑on.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver CRM strategies across B2B and B2C audiences.
• Create and optimise customer journeys to improve engagement and value.
• Collaborate with Data, Product and IT to improve targeting and personalisation.
• Establish CRM governance, standards and best practices.
• Lead campaigns and budgets across channels and agencies.
• Present performance findings to senior stakeholders.
